Description:
Two slip dock with ~650 ft2 upper party deck. Located in the Stone Creek Cove area Lake Hartwell. Lower deck has two slips. Bigger slip has 5K lb FloatAir boat lift set up for a pontoon. Smaller slip has no lift. It is ideal for setting up jet ski or a small boat. Lower deck floor made with 2"x8" pressure treated wood; all freshly stained. Mesh curtains keep harshest sun and rain away from your boat. A gutter is installed on the left side of the upper dock; 4 extended downspouts drain rain right to left and keep water away from the lower deck. Upper deck covered in maintenance free Composite Trex board. Built in bench seating across the back. Great for parties, gatherings or lying back on summer nights watching meteor showers. 60 ft gangway NOT included; the dock pump also NOT included. 15 stairs to top deck are mostly new, and all freshly stained.
